Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for purchases made in connection with the Services provided by Twin Pines LTD.

This Refund Policy forms part of, and should be read together with, the Terms of Use. Capitalised terms not defined in this Refund Policy have the meanings given to them in the Terms of Use. In the event of any conflict between this Refund Policy and the Terms of Use, the Refund Policy will apply with respect to refunds.

By making a purchase or subscription, you agree to this Refund Policy.

Purchases via Apple App Store

Refunds for purchases made through the Apple App Store are handled exclusively by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policies. We do not process or approve refunds for App Store purchases and do not have access to your payment details.

To request a refund for an App Store purchase, please visit reportaproblem.apple.com and follow Apple's instructions.

When Apple reviews a refund request, it may ask us to share basic information about the purchase or how the Services were used (for example, account status or usage details). Apple looks at all available information before deciding whether to approve a refund.

We cannot promise that a refund will be granted.

Purchases in the WebApp

General Conditions

Purchases made directly through our WebApp (for example, via payment providers such as PayPal) are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly provided under this Refund Policy.

We may issue a refund where:

  • a technical issue on our side prevented access to the Services; or
  • you are otherwise entitled to a refund or withdrawal under applicable consumer protection laws.

In such cases, you must contact us within a reasonable time and provide information that helps us review and verify the issue.

Except as described in the Money-Back Guarantee section below, refunds are not available where:

  • you change your mind or are unhappy with the Services,
  • you forget to cancel your subscription before renewal,
  • part of a subscription period has already been used; or
  • access to non-subscription digital content or services has already been provided.

Refunds are not provided for:

  • trial payments;
  • promotional or discounted offers;
  • subscription renewal charges; or
  • partially used subscription periods.

Refund requests must be submitted by email to subscription@vellfit.app.

If a request is approved, the subscription will be cancelled and the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.

Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to feel confident when purchasing the Services through the WebApp. For this reason, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time customers, subject to the conditions below.

A refund may be granted for the first full-price subscription payment made through the WebApp if all of the following conditions are met:

  • the refund request is submitted within 30 days of the initial transaction;
  • the subscription was purchased directly through the WebApp (and not via the Apple App Store or another third-party platform); and
  • the request is sent from the same email address used at the time of purchase.

This money-back guarantee:

  • applies only once per user; and
  • does not apply to trials, discounted offers, subscription renewals, or partially used subscription periods.

For the purposes of this Refund Policy, "first full-price subscription payment" means the first time a user purchases a subscription at the regular, undiscounted price, without any trial or promotional offer. This eligibility does not reset after cancellation or time away from the Services.

EU Consumer Rights

If you are located in the European Union, you generally have a 14-day withdrawal right for digital content purchases. However, this right does not apply once digital content is delivered immediately and you have given your prior express consent and acknowledged that you lose your withdrawal right.

By completing a purchase, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is lost once delivery begins.

This does not affect your rights in case the digital content is defective or does not conform to applicable consumer protection laws.
